Collection: Organic Chinese Herbs

These herbs are well rounded herbs that can be taken with ease to aid digestion, boost immune system, help mensuration and nourish postpartum. For more specific and therapeutic herbs please make an appointment for a detailed prescription. These are meant to be used more like tea.

Instructions: Take about 4g of each herb in this section, boil 3 cups of water and then lower to a simmer until you are left with 1 cup of liquid. Strain and consume. 

The herbs can be used for multiple boils in the same day, to produce at least 3 cups of tea. You can add your own tea bag and honey to make it more delicious!
