Pregnancy is a wonderful time to be extra good to your skin. While you’re expecting, you’re welcome to book the 60-minute Biologique Recherche facial, the Red Carpet Facial or the Mama Facial — all chosen to be gentle and pregnancy-friendly.
We don’t perform cosmetic (facial) acupuncture during pregnancy, but these facials are needle-free on the face — and when it feels right for you, we can safely pair them with gentle body acupuncture points.

What’s the difference between cosmetic acupuncture and a regular facial?
Cosmetic acupuncture works from the inside out — stimulating circulation and collagen while balancing your whole system with body acupuncture — whereas our Biologique Recherche facials focus on the skin’s surface with advanced products and techniques. Many clients love combining the two over time.
Is there any downtime?
Very little. You may notice mild, temporary redness after cosmetic acupuncture or microneedling that typically settles within a day. Most people return to their routine right away.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
Many people notice a glow after the first visit, but for lasting firmness and tone we recommend a series of 5–8 weekly sessions, followed by occasional maintenance.
Does it hurt?
The needles are hair-thin and most people find the treatment relaxing — it’s common to feel calm and refreshed afterward rather than sore.
Which facials are safe during pregnancy?
During pregnancy you can book the 60-minute Biologique Recherche facial, the Red Carpet Facial or the Mama Facial. We don’t perform cosmetic (facial) acupuncture while you’re expecting, but these treatments are needle-free on the face and can be safely combined with gentle body acupuncture points when appropriate.
