Please note we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 100% of your full service fee. No shows will also be charged the full treatment fee.
To cancel, you can login to your Jane account and cancel on your own or by sending us an email email@example.com
If you have a difficult time maintaining your schedule please make sure your text and email notifications are on. Please note, not receiving a notification does not exempt you from the cancellation policy.
Our practitioners reserve this time specifically for you and as such when you book an appointment it prevents others from being able to claim that spot. To protect practitioners and our of respect for other patients we strictly uphold this policy.
