Collection: Immune System
In traditional Chinese medicine there is no such thing called the immune system. It's Wei qi - our protective qi. So we have herbs that strengthen our armour or our protective energy. Here are some herbs that help with this!
Instructions: Take about 4g of each herb in this section, boil 3 cups of water and then lower to a simmer until you are left with 1 cup of liquid. Strain and consume.
The herbs can be used for multiple boils in the same day, to produce at least 3 cups of tea. You can add your own tea bag and honey to make it more delicious!
