Dr. Chelsea Berry

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Berry is an evidence based, trauma informed chiropractor committed to delivering individualized care plans focused on lasting health changes. Dedicated to a data-driven, client focused approach to lifestyle medicine. She works with you to understand how nutrition and metabolic function, sleep, movement, stress management and nervous system regulation work together with your biomechanics to create your dynamic health story.

Chelsea is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic in British Columbia and Washington State. She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario with clinical honours in 2014.

She strives to educate you about your body in plain language, make practical recommendations and cheerlead you in moving towards your personal definition of optimal health. She works with your preferred manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain or dysfunction so you can return to a better quality of life. Chelsea also believes that multimodal care is the best care and loves to work in concert with your other healthcare and medical providers.  Her path to being a doctor was far from linear. Prior to becoming a doctor, she worked as an expedition kayak guide, yoga teacher, caterer and shoe museum docent among other things. She is inspired by beauty, harmony, nature, movement and all things related to embodiment.

"I offer a calm, friendly and plain language approach to helping you. I want to include your goals and preferences in co-creating your treatment plan. No “cracking” requests are A-Okay in my office."
