Your consult starts with what is actually bothering you. Dr. Ashley looks at your face at rest and in movement, and tells you honestly what she would and would not recommend.
Conservative by default
Dr. Ashley works with your anatomy and starts light, because it is much easier to add than to undo. Most people simply want to look rested.
Treated the same day
If you would like the option of being treated at the same visit, book a Cosmetic Botox initial treatment instead of a consult. That appointment holds enough time for both the conversation and the treatment.
Looking at the whole person
Great cosmetic results start with more than your face. Dr. Ashley is a naturopathic doctor whose practice is built around women's health, and her week also takes in hormones, perimenopause, fertility and IV therapy, so she looks at the whole picture when she assesses you.
Sleep, stress, hormones, thyroid, iron, nutrition and sun exposure all show up in your skin. Dr. Ashley takes these into account when she plans your treatment, so your results look natural and suit you, and if something in your consult points to a deeper cause, she can help you address that too.

Dr. Ashley works to close the gaps in women's healthcare with evidence-based, sustainable care. Alongside cosmetic medicine, she practises in fertility and IVF, pregnancy and postpartum, menopause, IV therapy and primary care.
Cosmetic appointments with her are limited and tend to book ahead.

What happens in a consult?
It takes about twenty minutes. You will talk through what you have noticed and what you would like to change, Dr. Ashley will assess your face and take a brief health history, and she will walk you through her honest recommendation, including anything she would advise against. You will get a clear cost before any decision is made.
Is the consult really free?
Yes, there is no fee and no obligation. Plenty of people book a consult and decide it is not for them right now, and that is completely fine.
Can I be treated the same day?
If you would like the option of being treated at the same visit, book a Cosmetic Botox initial treatment rather than a consult. That appointment holds enough time for the conversation and the treatment together, so you can go ahead on the day if you and Dr. Ashley agree it is right for you.
Will I look overdone?
Dr. Ashley starts conservatively and builds gradually. She would rather bring you back for a small adjustment than overtreat on a first visit.
I've never done this before and I'm nervous.
Most of the people who book feel the same way. The consult is there so you can ask everything you want to before deciding anything.
