Cosmetic consults with Dr. Ashley Damm

A naturopathic doctor's approach to injectables. Conservative, anatomical, and always a conversation before anything else.

Book a complimentary consult Consults are complimentary. There is never any pressure to proceed.

We talk first

Your consult starts with what's actually bothering you, not a menu of treatments. Dr. Ashley assesses your face at rest and in movement, and tells you plainly what she would and wouldn't recommend.

Conservative by default

The goal is never a frozen look. Dr. Ashley works anatomically and starts light, because it is far easier to add than to undo. Most people want to look rested, not different.

Same visit if you're ready

If you decide to go ahead, treatment happens in the same appointment. If you'd rather think about it, that's a completely normal outcome and you won't be chased.

A doctor, not a treatment menu

Most injectable appointments happen somewhere that only does injectables. Ours don't. Dr. Ashley is a naturopathic doctor whose practice is built around women's health, and her week also takes in hormones, perimenopause, fertility and IV therapy.

That matters more than it sounds. Skin changes in your forties rarely have one cause. Sleep, stress, thyroid, iron, perimenopause and sun exposure all show up on your face, and someone who only treats the surface can't see any of it. If something in your consult points somewhere else, she can follow it.

Common questions

What happens in a consult?

About twenty minutes. You'll talk through what you've noticed and what you'd like to change, Dr. Ashley will assess your face and take a brief health history, and she'll walk you through her honest recommendation, including anything she'd advise against. You'll get a clear cost before any decision is made.

Is the consult really free?

Yes. There's no fee and no obligation. Plenty of people book a consult, decide it isn't for them right now, and that's a perfectly good outcome.

Can I be treated the same day?

If you're ready and Dr. Ashley thinks it's appropriate, yes. Booking the consult holds enough time for both.

Will I look overdone?

Not the way Dr. Ashley works. She starts conservative and builds gradually, and she'd rather bring you back for a small adjustment than overtreat on a first visit.

I've never done this before and I'm nervous.

That's most of the people who book. The consult exists precisely so you can ask everything without committing to anything.
