Acupuncture, RMTWith Dr. Chelsea Berry
Chiropractic
Chiropractic care looks at how your spine, joints and muscles are moving and works to restore that movement so your body can heal. Dr. Chelsea Berry uses gentle, hands-on adjustments and soft tissue work, along with simple exercises and posture changes you can do at home, and she always adapts treatment to your comfort.
A good place to start for: low back and neck pain, sciatica, pain that comes from a joint or your posture, headaches that start in the neck, and sports injuries.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture calms pain signals, relaxes tight muscles and improves circulation to the areas that need it most. It is especially helpful when pain has been around for a while, when it is tied up with stress or poor sleep, or when other treatments have not quite done enough. Our TCM doctors look at the whole picture, not just where it hurts.
A good place to start for: chronic pain, headaches and migraines, jaw pain, arthritis, nerve pain, and pain that gets worse with stress.
Book AcupunctureRegistered Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy works directly on tight, overworked muscles and connective tissue to ease pain, restore range of motion and calm your nervous system. Our massage therapists tailor every treatment to what you need, from focused work on a problem area to injury recovery and mobility.
A good place to start for: neck and shoulder tension, desk and posture strain, tension headaches, TMJ, and muscle strains.
Book Massage TherapyHow Often Should I Come In?
- A new injury or a flare up: usually once or twice a week for the first few weeks, then spacing visits out as you improve
- Pain that has been around a while: often weekly for 4 to 6 visits, then every few weeks to keep you feeling good
- Maintenance: every 3 to 6 weeks if you sit all day, train hard, or know your pain tends to creep back
Your practitioner will suggest a plan at your first visit and adjust it as you go.
Better Together
Pain rarely has just one cause, and our practitioners work as a team. Many patients get the best results by combining treatments, for example a chiropractic adjustment to restore movement, massage therapy to release the muscles around it, and acupuncture to calm pain and help with sleep. We are happy to help you work out the right mix.
Please see your doctor or go to emergency right away if your pain comes with numbness or weakness that is getting worse, loss of bladder or bowel control, fever, chest pain, or follows a fall or accident.
Frequently Asked Questions
What to know before you book.
I am not sure which treatment to book. Where should I start?
Use the guide at the top of this page as a starting point. If your pain is tied to a joint, your posture or an injury, chiropractic is often a great first step. If it is long-standing, linked to stress or sleep, or you would like a gentler approach, start with acupuncture. For muscle tension and tightness, start with massage therapy. You can also call us and we will help you choose.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy directly.
Is it covered by insurance?
Chiropractic, acupuncture and registered massage therapy are covered by many extended health plans, and we direct bill many insurers. Please check your plan, and we are always happy to help.
Can I combine treatments?
Yes, and many patients find they work best together. Our practitioners share notes so your care fits together.
Does acupuncture hurt?
Most people feel very little. You may notice a light pinch, heaviness or warmth, and many patients find it deeply relaxing.
Do I have to be adjusted at chiropractic?
No. Dr. Chelsea Berry has many gentle options, and if you would rather not have adjustments, that is completely welcome.
