Kristyn Anderson

Esthetician, Facialist

Kristyn’s (she/her) wellness journey began at a very young age, inspired by her mom who worked in Mental Health & Addictions as a Clinical Psychologist. Driven by her passion for helping others, she graduated with a BSC in Psychology in 2020. Her education has provided an amazing baseline for the work she does today, as a holistic wellness practitioner and skin technician. She loves integrating these two worlds, and believes in nurturing the connection between mental, physical, and spiritual health. When you feel good inside you shine on the outside, and vice versa!

Having struggled with cystic acne in her early 20’s, Kristyn has a unique & personal experience with skin issues and the way they present themselves. Her practice is results driven, and always centered in compassion. She knows the challenges and frustrations that come along with feeling uncomfortable and insecure in your own skin, and as such, has a thoughtful & intentional approach to skin care.

In practice, Kristyn's focus is on teaching clients how to care for themselves & their skin. Ensuring that you leave your appointment feeling enriched, knowledgeable, refreshed, and cared for.

Overall, Kristyn believes that understanding your health from a holistic perspective is a fundamental pillar in healing. Whether you are struggling with skin concerns, focussing on mental health & energy healing, or overall just looking to rest & relax, she is here to help guide you!
