In Chinese Medicine milk is an extension of blood. There are specific herbs that stimulate milk production. We nourish qi, blood and essence to increase milk in a nursing mother. These herbs should be consumed daily for most effective results. There must be sufficient intake of food and fluids and a focus to minimize stress. The nursing parent should drink only warm or room temperature liquids as well as limit cold and raw foods. When the blood is abundance, milk will flow.

Instructions: Simmer 2-5g or about 10-15 pieces in 3 cups of water until it boils down to one cup, drain and enjoy. This herb can be used for multiple boils.
