Life is full. I see it with every patient who walks into The Nest Clinic. They come in for an hour and they leave feeling taken care of. And then they go back to being busy.

IZZI Essentials started because I wanted to give people a way to access that same feeling between appointments. A small ritual. A micro moment of care that belongs entirely to them.

Each product is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine and developed from real clinical practice. Not a trend. Not a shortcut. Just the medicine, made accessible for your everyday life.

I named it after my daughter, Iza. A complex burst of loving energy who reminds me every day to take care of myself so I can show up fully as a mom, a partner, a business owner, and a practitioner for my patients.
